Marc Maron's WTF

If you haven't checked out Marc Maron's new podcast, WTF, what the ____ are you waiting for? It's awesome.

I wrote about the first episode a couple of weeks ago. Number six is out today and includes an interview with DAVID CROSS.

If you're not willing to take my word for the pure awesomeness of this podcast, consider the following from Vanity Fair's Jim Wolcott.

Marc Maron, who refuses to shave his beard until mankind comes to its senses, is now hosting a podcast, suitably titled WTF, that allows him to uncage his unruly inner angst uncensored. Along with the free-associative rants that have made him Biblical legend, Marc does the verbal down and dirty with fellow iconoclasticas such as Jeff Ross (who added a new dimension of diabolical putdown to the Friars Club Roasts) and David Cross (author of the immortally titled memoir I Drink for a Reason).

As its initials indicate, WTF is probably unsuitable for work, unless you toil on a tramp steamer or just don't care if your ass gets canned; otherwise, an iTunes subscription and a set of ear buds is the more prudent course.
If you still mourn the passing of Morning Sedition, The Marc Maron Show (my personal favorite from the Maron broadcast oeuvre), or Maron v. Seder/Break Room Live, WTF is the podcast you have been waiting for.
