"Man Date" - A Lesson in Viral Marketing

In a diary on Daily Kos, I wondered how dance crazes, fashion trends and cultural buzzwords such as "man date" become popular. I should have remembered the lesson of Malcolm Gladwell's "The Tipping Point." They spread, mouth to mouth, inbox to inbox, just like viruses.
