GLBTQ?

When did it become the "GLBTQ" community?

Last I heard, it was only GLBT, and there was even some debate about the "T". Am I that out of touch? And does the "Q" stand for what I think it stands for?

I tell ya, if that abbreviation gets any longer, they might as well just start pronouncing every name in it.
