It sounds like Bill Clinton is just about ready to accept that Barack Obama will be the Democratic Party's nominee for the 2008 presidential election.
Bill Clinton acknowledged Monday that today may be his last campaigning for his wife.It also sounds like he has no intention of campaigning for Obama.
"I want to say also, that this may be the last day I'm ever involved in a campaign of this kind," the former president said at a town hall at the Milbank Visitor Center.
Thanks for the memories, Bill. It's good to know we can count on you and your wife to put your party and your country ahead of your own ambitions. What would we do without your selfless sacrifice?
