'A Colored Man'

CBS reporter Dean Reynolds examines the factor that Barack Obama's skin color might play in the 2008 presidential race.

The most priceless quote is this one:

"I don't want to sound prejudiced, or anything, but I'm not gonna... I don't wanna vote for a colored man for our president."
This is from a man who appears to be in his late twenties or early thirties. In other words, he is not of the George Wallace generation.

The story didn't include a followup question, but I would have loved to hear Reynolds ask, "You don't want to sound prejudiced? What do you want to sound like?"
