So, I guess this Bruce Tinsley just dashes off cartoons about whatever happens to be bugging him on any particular day.

Hmm... I hate taxes, and I hate public education. Maybe I'll do one about how much I hate taxes and public education. Yeah...

I mean, really, am I missing something? Is this funny?

The artwork in this one doesn't even meet the usual sorry standard of a "Mallard Fillmore" cartoon. It looks positively scribbled.

And what kind of punchline is that? "Pay your taxes and shut up"? Angry much, Bruce?

How on earth does this man earn a living as a cartoonist?
