666 - The Sign of Ann Coulter

Why does anybody give Ann Coulter a forum anymore? Has she not jumped the shark so completely as to have lost all value even as an object of ridicule?

Via Media Matters, Coulter is set to vomit up her next book on June 6, 2006 or 6-6-6.

Talking with Fox "News" host Neil Cavuto, the only woman I have ever seen with an Adam's Apple suggested that the date was chosen as a concession to liberals, who are the subject of the book she titled "Godless."

CAVUTO: All right, June 6th, 2006: 6-6-6. It's the sign of the devil, they say, and this year, the release of Godless, Ann Coulter's new book, and the latest attack on liberals. It's probably not a coincidence. Ann joins us now from West Palm Beach, Florida. Ann, that can't be an accident, can it?

COULTER: No, it's my little tribute to liberals, to have it come out on 6-6-6.

CAVUTO: Why? What are you saying?

COULTER: Uh, godless.

CAVUTO: All right --

COULTER: That's all -- that's all I can tell you, what the title is.

CAVUTO: Why are they godless? Why are they godless?

COULTER: I'm not talking about the book until 6-6-6.

CAVUTO: I -- I'm well aware of that.

COULTER: You'll get me in trouble with my publicist.

CAVUTO: That's a bit of a leap, that's a bit of a leap. You know, there are a lot of liberals who are religious and decent folks. You can't paint them by the same brush.

COULTER: I know you're going to try to lure me into this, but I'm not taking the bite. [sic]

CAVUTO: OK.

She won't talk about the book until June 6, the little tease. Why is she dissin' her boy Neil? The scoop is already on Drudge!

The book -- which condemns what Coulter calls "The Church of Liberalism" -- will have a startling first printing of 500,000 copies, a publishing source tells the DRUDGE REPORT.

With chapter titles such as ON THE SEVENTH DAY GOD RESTED AND LIBERALS SCHEMED, and THE HOLIEST SACRAMENT: ABORTION, controversialist Coulter ups the ante in her fourth book for CROWN FORUM.

Hmm...

A book by Ann Coulter comparing liberals to Satan. Hasn't she already published that one? Several times, in fact?

I think I'll wait for the movie.
