Japanese company unveils water-powered car

No, seriously. The car runs on water.

Japanese company Genepax presents its eco-friendly car that runs on nothing but water.

The car has an energy generator that extracts hydrogen from water that is poured into the car's tank. The generator then releases electrons that produce electric power to run the car. Genepax, the company that invented the technology, aims to collaborate with Japanese manufacturers to mass produce it.
I'm sorry, but Genepax should not have to "aim" at collaborating with anybody to mass produce this technology. Every producer of cars, trucks, airplanes, boats, tractors, and trains should be climbing over each other to get at this technology.

I mean, it runs on water! Any kind of water! River water. Sea water. Bong water. Tea. Really, tea!

Is this not the holy grail? The only thing better is a car that runs on wishes!

But George W. Bush and John McCain say the only thing we can do about high gas prices is set up drilling rigs within throwing distance of Sea Island, GA.

That, or pay somebody $300 million in taxpayers' money to develop a new battery.

What a couple of clowns.

I would much prefer that my share of that $300 million go to investing in solar power, wind energy, and cars that run on water.
